Ok , Autumn is the best time to get cosy, snuggle with cup of tea, some nibbles and favourite movie. Yes, I known the feeling .. . Autumn should be also the time to focus more on yourself . As its getting colder, I catch myself on eating more chocolate, drinking chai tea latte and finding any excuse to ditch the gym.. . So I’ve decided to make some change this time and fight my bad habits all the way thru the winter time. I thought, its a great start of something exciting and I felt like its worth to share it.
